Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, what you ordered, and a contact email address and phone number. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will not be able to refund your money. Please see our Return Policy for a further explanation.
We personally guarantee our work. If you recieve an incomplete guide, or the wrong guide, please notify Customer Service as soon as you realize the problem.
We will rectify the situation as soon as possible, either by mailing the missing pages or mailing the right guide or cd.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we produce, the fact it is copyrighted, and the ease with which it can be illegally copied, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If parts of the product are missing or you recieved the wrong product, we will make sure you recieve the missing materials or we will exchange the wrong product for the right one.
If you request a refund before your order has shipped, we will gladly refund your money, but because this material is copyrighted, once your order has shipped, we will not give any refunds.
